Grinding of existing concrete in kitchen. Joinery and skirtings will be removed. As it is an existing slab I don't expect there to be a lot of stone showing - doesn't need to be a deep grind. Will coat myself. Split level house so 1/2 height set of steps. Required within next 4-6 weeks.
