Job got done, however I needed done by the weekend he then contacted me on the Sunday demanding a deposit before starting, this led to a lot of stress at the weekend as we are a building company that uses a third party pay system, I felt it wasn’t a fair negotiation as we also have terms and were put in the situation where we couldn’t negotiate due to the last minute conversation he decided to impose the day after the job was supposed to be ready. The work itself was good.
