Concrete Patio Removal
Job description
This project is for removal of a concrete patio next to a residential house. The total area of concrete to be removed is 41.2 square metres. Note access to this area of the property is through a set of gates with a clear opening of 2.07 metres. Note also that we have listed a separate project for removal of the two large trees next to the concrete. These trees can be removed first if this aids the concrete removal.

The project was break up and removal of 44 square metres of concrete patio, plus two trees. Terry provided a very professional service which started when he visited site for pricing. He offered to include plywood sheets to protect the grass in the adjacent area when using the digger. Once accepted he made contact promptly, turned up when agreed, and completed the work in a couple of days. Throughout the work Terry had excellent communication and we would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
