I have two flats attached at the garage. The ring foundation has had an EQC repair done, poorly. We need to have it fixed correctly. Grind out and epoxy. Cracks <3mm total number ~18 around both units. Floor level good 12mm variation within each unit. Also have crack in garage floor and step crack in block wall between garages.
