New Brighton Wall

I need my retaining wall 1.8m , front of property & side of drive way , damaged in 2011 earthquake , replaced & rebuilt . It also goes across neighbours property & needs to be cut at the boundary . I have engineers, surveyors plans done & Christchurch City Council approved plans , for sign off by engineer , which expire Dec 13. It has original grib wall under the earth , behind the road frontage retaining wall. It appears to be on the council road side of the boundary , so will need to be rebuilt on the correct property boundary line . I have EQC funds from their assesment of costings in bank term deposit , but I dispute their costings as inaccurate to the job , from professional advice I've had. Property is on a sand hill, with two - 3 bedroom town houses on the top of the land.
