Driveway

Our driveway at 57 Charnwood Cres, Bishopdale is about to be dug up from the garage to the footpath to enable replacement sewer line and stormwater pipe. The main central part of the drive is 79sqm, we require quote (Quote 1 Orange) for this area AND the small front path to the front door as seen in picture with BMW. We also require a quote (Quote 2 green) for the main 79sqm driveway PLUS the paths at the back of the house, around the garage and the small path from the driveway to front door. i.e. all existing stamped concrete paving as indicated in green attachment. We want a pattern and colour as close to the existing stamped coloured concrete as possible. Work to include: • Excavate the drive area by machine. • Install boxing & form compacted AP40 gravel base. • Place 100mm+ thick reinforced concrete with stamped finish • Expansion cuts as required. • Damp course where required • Excavate any soft areas and backfill with gravel • Include asphalt strip at the boundary – only if required. Drain-layer scope available on request. Work to commence as soon after drains completed as possible.
