The floor is a factory floor and requires some remedial repairs, it is generally good and we would like it to be ground and sealed, polished or teated for minimal slip and hardwearing. The building is approx 120 metres by 30 metres, 3600 sqm. We are looking for the job to be done in 8 weeks time and would like to know what the cost would be and how long it would take.
