As a residential property manager, over the last 6 years I've arranged approximately 3,000+ maintenance jobs with contractors & tradesmen within the Auckland area. By far, Hayden from Express Civil was the worse tradesman I've ever dealt with. His communication is abysmal, often doesn't show up, doesn't pick up his phone, makes promises about timeframes and doesn't keep them. Once you get past the communication there's the workmanship which is just as bad. Steer clear of this company.
