New driveway and crossing to existing property
Job description
Existing property has no driveway, we need one adding along with a new vehicle crossing. Size of driveway is 2900mm wide, and approx 6000mm long (excluding crossing work). There is a drop of around 500mm from the pavement to the grassed area at the lowest point, and we need the driveway to wrap around to the front door for wheelchair access. Drive needs to come in from the LEFT looking from the road to the house (this is the low end). Ideally the driveway needs to be wheelchair accessible, so the slope has to be as shallow as possible, whilst still allowing wheelchair access to the car when it is parked. We would like to keep the lavender. Work needs to be done after the 20th of November, and is reasonably urgent, so by the end of the month is ideal, depending on when we get the OK from Council. Also need to know if you will manage the Council process or if I have to. We also need will want to put in a gate (maybe electric) at some point, so would like to keep as much of the existing fence as possible. We will relocate the two smaller trees out the front.

Excellent work, great communications and Lloyd is just a really nice guy! Was happy to make small changes as we progressed through the work and I will be getting them back for more work
