Spa Pool Pad

We need an approximately 4m x 4m concrete pad for a spa pool. We have been told 100mm thick pad with reinforcing is best for a spa pool. The pad would be inline with the railings of the stairs and would start around 1m from the existing deck. The stairs will end up being in one corner of the pad. We would also need a concrete path approximately 1m wide x 1.4m as well. Needs to be completed in the next 4 weeks. Any top soil fill will be left on site. Access to good to the site. There is a ramp access with vehicle access 3-4m away from the site.
