Concrete Topper

I have an fountain which I have removed. I would like this hole/space covered. It will need some sand/gravel at the bottom, then filled with stones (I have assortment of sizes of riverstone). Then to be topped off with approx 100mm layer of concrete to flush with borders. The empty shell is approx 1550mm long x 450mm wide. Picture included. The wires/cable you see in the picture are now disconnected and removed. If you are available please let me know as soon as possible, as I need to have this completed prior to an open home to be held soon.. Thank you..
