Concrete hole to be cut out from concrete block wall

Hi there, I need a 200mm concrete hole cut about 2m up a concrete block wall so I can move the unovent in my photo. The hole can be cut from the outside. Please send me a quote for the job and how quickly you can start work. Would prefer the work to be completed by end of next week at the latest.
