New Parking spot and existing pad fix

I have an existing driveway that was affected by water in two areas, the pad is still stable. I would also like to add an addition parking space. Dimensions in photos. The retaining wall on the lower part of the existing pad failed, the wall has been replaced and then extended to wrap the intended new parking area. The existing pad has been trimmed to square with the house and new retaining walls. Scoria has been back filled and i have 15m of galv rod available to tie the pad to the wall/boxing. Water has left a large excavation on the upper side of the pad and will need to be filled.
