Carport/Garage floor

This is a carport that is being semi-converted into a garage. There is already a garage door in place and the entire space to be concreted has either concrete block or newly placed --- surrounding it - so no boxing required. Area is approx 42m2. Existing floor is 70s era old asphalt that has dried out and is lifting. Wanting to get a new concrete floor poured. Nothing special - just a good job done (have had a poor previous experience with a cowboy concrete company).
