Concrete removal and excavation - Euston Road

Job requires the removal of a concrete floor slab from a single garage, plus entrance apron, along with associated paths, low retaining walls and a small concrete block wall, plus the excavation of a foundation trench in preparation for the construction of a new retaining wall. Also site preparation for an adjoining single parking pad that will require a small retaining wall on two sides. All demolition concrete is to be removed from the site. All excavated soil is to be retained on-site, as the area is to be back-filled to bring the land up to the level of the adjoining site. Good digger and truck access. Task to be undertaken within one month
