Storage area floor #2
Job description
I am looking to have a concrete floor poured in a small (4m x 4.35m) enclosed underfloor area. See the attached photos. I will required the excess soil removed along with the piles (a beam has been installed since these photos were taken), base course laid and compacted, and a moisture barrier installed, and the floor poured to provide a dry storage area. Note: two of the three walls are partially underground and access is through a narrow door leading off the entrance hall to the house.

Highly recommended. While it was not a difficult job, it’s location made it challenging. Mike did an excellent job, did what he said he would do when he said he would do it , and also did a great job cleaning up afterwards.
