"The booking was covered & on time (during the very difficult time 2 days before b the covid 19 lockdown.)
I sent a medical certificate to the customer when discussing the sickleave taken by the regular European) cleaner and the customer could not give me a satisfactory reason why he didn't want the (Maori) relief staff member. She was very polite to him, introduced herself and explained why she was there. She was treated very poorly by this customer, and I don't have any valid reason why."
