Mould removal from ceiling

There is mould in one of our bedrooms on the ceiling and a little bit on one of the walls. I have rotator cuff injury so can't reach up to clean it. Had a roofer to check the outside roof for leaks as it's just the one bedroom that has this problem. There was a heavy buildup of gunk in the guttering by that bedroom. Gutters cleaned out. Otherwise outside roof appeared fine. He said I needed to get somebody else now to sort the inside ceiling ... either it has to be cleaned or the ceiling scraped back, mould treated and ceiling repainted if needed. Hoping you can help. Would like this sorted as soon as possible...like next week would be awesome. Cheers.
