Remove old stains from Couches and on Carpet

I bought two micro suede couches recently. One large 3 seater and another 2 seater. The previous owners had not had this scotchguarded but had tried cleaning the seats themselves many times but I think they have stained it more in doing this. It is only the seats itself and the edges of the arm rests that are stained. We need to see if you come and give us a price to remove these stains. Maybe if you work for somewhere like Chemdry or similar with great stain removing technology that would be awesome.

We are looking for a really good price.

We also have two old stains on the carpet in the spare room which are about 40mm square in two places. It is dark red colour on cream sizal carpet. We think it may be either nail polish or food that has been dropped on here by previous tenants but we want to get this out.

I guess 25 years of experience pays off when it comes to Upholstery and stain work to carpet. I look at it this way, anyone can clean a carpet, but you wouldn't let a first aider do brain surgery, or a handy man build a house!"
