Help with home exit cleaning

Help required with cleaning of 3 bedroom townhouse in Ngaio: windows (inside only), bathrooms (2) and possibly vacuum and mop floors. House floor size is 110 sqm. Not a big job, but important for job to be done properly as Landlord will be inspecting. Tenant will be present to do cleaning at same time as well. Work may take up to 3 hours, but could be less. Job available on 8 December from about 11.00 am. All cleaning material & equipment provided (unless you prefer to bring your own). House not in bad condition at all, I just need some help to get it done.
