Clean of a bedroom + toilet

I'm looking for someone to come and clean a medium sized bedroom and adjacent toilet. They're relatively clean superficially (i.e. Carpet vacuumed, toilet and whiteware scrubbed etc), but the window frames, skirting boards, walls, door frames, windows, etc, are all carrying grime. The following needs done: 1) Windows cleaned inside and out. 2) Walls, window and door frames wiped, dusted and cleaned. 3) Windows blinds wipes and cleaned. 4) Skirting boards wiped and cleaned. Two of the skirting boards are metal, with removable caps, and will need cleaned inside. 5) Dust collecting surfaces (like tops of doors, tops of window frames) dusted and cleaned. 6) Both rooms vacuumed. 7) Toilet room (incl. Floor, toilet and sink) wiped down and cleaned after vacuum. The surfaces are pretty grimy, so although it isn't a lot of area or work overall, they'll need a bit of elbow grease. Preference for low VOC and added nasty cleaning products to be used, as this is a bedroom!
