Deep cleaning for a studio apartment

I am seeking the services of cleaners (a team of 2 to 3), to clean a studio apartment (25 sqm). Location is 154 The Terrace. Note please that the apartment is in a VERY DIRTY state, and a deep clean is required for: (1) Toilet and shower box (2) Kitchen (3) Walls (4) Deep cleaning of carpets It is also anticipated that there will be rubbish that will need to be disposed of. The tenant will be evicted on Monday 11 Nov at 2pm, and I will need the cleaners to be there on-site at 2:45pm. Preference for this job will be given for a team of 2 to 3 cleaners. Thank you.
