110sq Villa in Kilbirnie. Looking for a fortnightly cleaner (maybe move to weekly). 1x Lounge, 2x bedrooms, 1x office/upstairs bedroom, 1x hallway, 1x kitchen/dining. Lino flooring in kitchen, rest of the house is dark carpet. Looking to have the following done:
- Vacuuming
- Dusting
- Kitchen clean
- Bathroom clean
- Skirting Boards
- Dust blinds/window sills
- ad hoc focus points
- Spider webs

Can supply cleaning equipment.

Preference for a sole trader to provide a reasonable fee - no more than $20-$25 per hour.
