3 level townhouse needs a good carpet shampoo prior to marketing for sale. Two flights of carpeted stairs, sorry don't know sq metreage but can be on site at agreed time for tradies to inspect. This is being done for a friend who has relocated. House empty except for two sofas which can be put on deck while floor cleaned.
