Housekeeping and cleaning

We are looking for someone to help us keep up with all our housekeeping. My wife and I work full time and have two young boys so staying on top of everything can be extremely difficult. We would like someone that doesn't require much direction and just looks for what needs doing and also has high standards when it comes to cleaning. It would be 4 hours per week and would be cleaning, tidying, laundry, organising etc.
