I wanted the company to quote this job, they said they didn't do that so I accepted their quote they gave me. When they got to the property they wanted to add onto the quote. I was unaware they were from out of town and this is why they didn't quote. I refused to all them to change the quote. The job was done satisfactorily.

"Due to COVID19 travel restrictions we were unable to travel to provide quotes, we quoted the job as areas were in good condition, The actual house was is in Scrubbing/very dirty condition. But we completed the task based on the original quote, the job was very well under quoted, Great value for all extra work done, scrubbing, scrape, mould treatments etc.
We agreed not to charge extra or change the quote, and complete the task to a satisfactory level.
