Flue clean, agar repair

I have a wood burner that needs a flue clean. I also have an agar wood burner with a wetback that needs inspection and possible repairs to make it safe to use. It looks as though it needs a damper mechanism that is broken or missing. This may need to be made. I have just bought the house and will have access to it from the 28th of May. The flue clean on tbecwoodburner is the priority. Thanks
