Annual Spring Clean of 3 bedroom/2 bathroom holiday home

We require a thorough spring clean of the property, vacuum floors/carpets, take out rugs and shake, give the showers and all tile areas in the bathrooms and laundry a thorough clean, wash all hard floors, kitchen requires the oven and fridge cleaned and wiping out of the pantry cupboards. All windows require cleaning inside and out. Garage requires a sweep. Ideally, we would like this to take place end of November or early December. We would like this job to be done on an on-going basis annually.
