End of tenancy clean (empty 2 bedroom house, one living area)

I have a two bedroom cottage to be cleaned thoroughly before the new owners move in. It's not in a bad way as we cleaned it before it went on the market, but now it is empty want all the cupboards and drawers cleaned in the kitchen and a good vacuum and clean throughout. Microwave needs cleaning but oven was done recently but could do with just a wipe out. Please can I have a price. Karen
