Home Cleaning

Our home is going on the market soon so we would like it to be at a top rate of cleanliness for the open homes. It had been tenanted both upstairs as well as the downstairs self-contained area. I live out of town but I've been told that the upstairs (three bedrooms, two walk-in wardrobes, bathroom plus ensuite, dining room/kitchen and lounge) has not been left in a very clean state. The fridge/freezer, oven and windows will need cleaning. NO CARPET CLEANING NECESSARY as that is being done by the deck cleaner on Monday morning. Walls and floors and wardrobes and cupboards will need to be checked/cleaned. (There is no laundry room in this upstairs area.) The cleaning needs to be done before Thursday this week because that's when the home is being staged. (Apparently the downstairs has been left in a beautiful condition.) The photos below (sent to me by the upstairs tenants on their leaving day) do show some furniture but the rooms are all completely empty now. I would welcome cost estimates, even sight unseen at this late stage. Thanks.

Bob completed the job of cleaning our empty house in preparation for putting on the market. The communication was excellent, which I appreciated since I was out of town. He sent me photos of every area he cleaned, including the oven, fridge/freezer, floors, three bathrooms, cupboards, wardrobes and windows. I highly recommend him.
