Move-in clean for late January

Hi - we are moving into a 3/1 single story house (approx. 92 sqm) that we would like a cleaning quote for. We would like a full deep clean, including all windows. It’ll likely be the third or fourth week of January - date to be confirmed later. The whole house is hardwood floors apart from 3 carpeted bedrooms. I’ve added current photos but it will be empty for the purpose of the job. Please include an approximate quote and how long it will take to clean.
