Approx 130m2 flat handover clean (still furnished)

Looking for a carpet cleaner to do a once-over to satisfy a landlords requirement for carpet cleaning. House is 195m2, about 1/3rd of it is tiled. Most of the rooms will still be furnished thus will only require cleaning around the existing furniture/hallway main areas. Really I am just after a once over and an invoice to satisfy the landlords requirements. The lease is being handed to an existing tenant thus most of the rooms except my own and the study will still be furnished.
