Clean kitchen ceiling - optional re-paint? #2

Kitchen ceiling hasn't been cleaned in 5 + years and it needs attention! We had a go at it when painting kitchen, but gave up 2/3 through (See pics) Keen to get it thoroughly cleaned - and repainted if you can do this also. Pref Jan/Feb 2021 or asap
