Cleaning low level meth residue

Hi, We are purchasing a 1 bedroom unit, 30sqm floor size that has a low level (4) meth reading. We are looking for a cleaner to clean the walls and unit to lower the level. We are out of town, but will be on site 21/9/20 at 4.30pm for access to view.
