Clean Break did not complete the job to an adequate standard. Refused to return to site, demanded more money, and threatened small claims court. Unpleasant, unfinished and unreliable, after quoting for 16 hours work worked fewer than 10 hours. Too many examples of untouched, dirty walls to upload.

"We're usually know for our exceptional service, we regret that we didn't live up to those expectations here but I was only asked to quote for a general clean and windows inside and out which was done. Once we had finished we were asked why we hadn't washed down the walls and ceiling. I tried to explain that I was only asked for a general clean of a Extremely Dirty House. This is the first time I've had a customer demanding for extra cleaning which I didn't quote on."
