Spring cleaning

I'm looking for "spring" cleaning for a 100m2 house comprising of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry, staircase, living room, kitchen, porch. Cobwebs, occasional stains on the wall or ceiling, kitchen cabinets (lots of grease at the very top), kitchen walls, lamps, front doors inside and outside, shower cabins and sinks, toilets etc. Carpets have been steam-cleaned recently so that's not in scope.
