NCE offices

This office complex on a second floor building of approx 600 sq m has been unused for several years and has had some repair work completed (building materials have been already mostly removed) but now needs a final clean of floors (carpet and carpet squares, but shampoo not required), walls, windows (exterior and partitions) ,kitchen area and toilets. Timing is not fixed but say in the next couple of weeks. The premises are vacant so there are just some desks, a table and no equipment to work around.
