General clean of 2 bdrm house required

Hi there, I need someone to come and do general cleaning for my 2 bdrm house in Mount Eden. It's a small house - 80 square meters. Ideally on 12 February any time of day. Required: vacuum and mop floors, clean surfaces, dust, bathroom/shower, and oven cleaning (although the oven is very rarely used). Not required: Linens / ironing / dishwashing / rubbish removal / anything outside The place is not really untidy but dust and cobwebs have built up a bit. If all goes well I'd also like to discuss a monthly clean (but that's optional at this stage). Matthew
