Home cleaner wanted for company rental home

Our company has a job down in Rakaia and also a rental house for our staff to live in whilst working down there. We require a home cleaner to clean the home weekly. I will need a quote first and you will need to be GST registered to issue us with an invoice for payment. Our accounts team payments are made the 20th of the following month; for example, services carried out during May, you will have until 5th June to get the invoice in to be paid by 20th June. First job will take place next week onwards, let me know what days you are available. This will be ongoing until the end of the year, may be earlier. A final clean will be required at end of tenancy as the house comes fully furnished. Duties will include: Dusting Floors vacuumed and edged Floors mopped Light shades dusted Skirting’s wiped Empty trash into wheelie bins outside Mirrors cleaned Cobwebs removed Window sills wiped Spot clean walls Glass windows cleaned inside Wipe dining room table and bench/eating surfaces Countertops/backsplash cleaned Sink cleaned, disinfect Cupboard fronts spot cleaned wiped Tub/shower floor cleaned/disinfected Chrome fixtures wiped/polished Toilet cleaned/disinfected Large appliances wiped Vanity top cleaned/disinfected Spot wipe walls Any dishes on the bench or sink put in dish washer Remove cobwebs Wipe out microwave
