The building is a three bed monolithic cladding house and we would like to review options for how we remove/replace with more durable materials. The house currently has no weathertightness issues and no history of any issues. House was built in 2000. We would like to do the work before we move into the property so a timeliness thats in the next couple of months is preferable.
