Rotten corner details and cupped boards

I'm in the process of cleaning our cedar weatherboards ready for re-staining. One side of the house looks to have a few cupped boards and the corner details are beginning to rot. Looking to get the corner details replaced and advice regarding the cupped boards (replacing if necessary). Full scaffolding is around the property.
