Re-stain/repair cedar cladding

My 80s townhouse needs the cedar cladding re-stained. It is on several levels, so scaffolding will be needed in parts, although most is easy to reach from ground level or with a ladder. The cladding may need repairing or replacing in parts, especially on the West side that gets a lot of sun. The whole house will need a soft wash and preparation before staining. I need the job doing by someone who is familiar with this type of cladding and who can do the job reasonably quickly.
