Scribbers redo and Weatherboard repairs

My aluminimum windows were not sealed properly and the scribbers are coming off. Some of the weatherboard were rotten next to the frame. What need to be fixed? a. new scribbers for at least 5 windows b. weatherboard to be replaced. c. two box corners (each one with 2 scribbers) if you are busy and have other jobs, you can do it on the weekends. or you can even do it in piecemeal.
