Replace weatherboards and install Soffits

1) replace the shingles we have at the Apex of one side of our house (single storey) with weatherboards, 2) install Soffits at each end of our house - up to the Apex (single storey), 3) replace a section of missing weatherboards under our deck and there are also some areas where our weatherboard joins are all lined up, where the weatherboards may need staggering. House is single storey on the sides that need the shingles replaced/Soffits installed.
