Job description
We have some rotten weather boards and corner sections in need of replacement on the south side of our house. Low scaffolding may be required. Easy access. Installation of one flashing (easy access) Replacement of a small section of ‘bottom plate’ and gib replacement easy access from inside garage. I estimate about 2-4 days. Exterior power supply available. Flat drive on section.
