Weatherboard repair and piling inspection

2 separate jobs both requiring a licensed builder. 1: replace a rotten external weatherboard 2: inspect the piles as best as possible to provide information to an insurance company. There is limited access to the underneath of the house due to ground clearance; the house is a 1905 villa and I think the piles are original. My insurer is requesting information regarding the health of the piles for risk assessment purposes.
