Partial reclad (replace Onduline cladding ~30% of exterior)

Our three storey house is partially clad in Onduline (principally the south and south-west aspects); refer black cladding in photographs. There are concerns it is starting to fail. We wish to replace it. An architect has developed plans for us and we have Building Consent by WCC. The work will involve installing a rigid air barrier and possibly, some new windows. The reclad material will be Metalcraft Colorsteel Maxx. We would like the work to start as soon as possible but we have some timing flexibility.
