Replacing rotting exterior weatherboard cladding TV Room

I need to replace three layers of wooden weatherboard cladding that is rotting at the bottom of my tv room on 1.5 exterior walls and letting water in. We would like this fixed as soon as possible, there is flat access around this side of the house. If the builder can paint the wall again for me even better- i have some paint for the exterior colour.
