Cladding and general work

Trying to buying a house but the bank won't sign off on our finance till we show we have the money to do the immediate work needed to bring it up to their standards. Builders report due today, so we will know more then but even without it we know around a third of it will need re cladding, and we think a chimney will need to be taken down.. we require some written quotes to show how much this work (and maybe some more work) will cost. The work itself wouldn't need to be started for a month or so, but we would need the quotes this week. Can you help?
