In the last week or so, I noted that part of the cladding up the top of the roof had cracked and fallen away. The house is on poles so is two stories tall. However as the house is partially up on a hill, a generic ladder can reach from the back of the house (so no, you don't need to climb two stories unless you really want the challenge ;) ). Obviously we'll need to have this attended to fairly soon, especially if the weather gets bad and we have heavy rain and wind blowing in to the front. Have provided a couple of photo's to show the damage (including the broken bits), and also an idea of the area of the roof where the damage is and the height of the house in general (from the front).

Hayden did a great job, was a really nice guy and very professional to deal with. While the job had been delayed a little longer than originally planned due to the constant ongoing awful weather, the final job was done to a high standard (including dealing with some issues from the original build) and I'd be more than happy to recommend him to others.
